Yes. Coffee Street sends emails directly from your connected Gmail account via Google OAuth. The emails appear in your Sent folder just like a normal email. We never store your Gmail password — only a secure OAuth token that you can revoke at any time from Google Account Permissions.

Absolutely. After contacts are generated, Coffee Street creates a personalized draft for each contact. You can click into any draft to edit the subject line and body before approving it. Only approved drafts get sent.

A follow-up is an automatic second email sent to contacts who haven't replied after a set number of days. You can enable this in the campaign settings, configure the delay (e.g. 3 days), and write a custom follow-up message. Coffee Street checks for replies and skips the follow-up if someone already responded.

No. Emails are sent from your personal Gmail and are fully personalized with the contact's name, firm, and title. They look and feel like a handwritten email. We recommend reviewing each draft before sending to make sure the tone matches your voice.
